As your partner in healthcare, we wanted you to be aware that OTC COVID-19 test kits will again be made available at no cost to all U.S. households.

As of Monday, September 25, 2023, individuals can place an order through COVIDTests.gov to have four OTC COVID-19 rapid tests delivered to their home at no cost without going through the Plan. Please feel free to share this information so that all may be prepared for the upcoming fall and winter seasons.

Tax Form 1095

To request a copy of your Tax Form 1095 for calendar year 2025, contact Connie Cehan in the Insurance Department at conniecehan@tpsd.org or 985-876-7400.  As a reminder, this form is not necessary for filing your tax return.
