TPSD is proud to announce that Mr. Tyler Wiggins, H. L. Bourgeois High School Band Director, has been selected as one of the recipients of the 2023 Outstanding Jazz Educators from across the state by the Louisiana Association for Jazz Education. Mr. Wiggins will be recognized prior to the Hall of Fame Ceremony before the 2023 LMEA All State Jazz Ensemble Concert on November 19, 2023 in Baton Rouge.
