PRC Committee
The role as a PRC member is to serve in an advisory capacity to the Superintendent regarding the most pressing district-wide challenges. This committee will meet up to four (4) times a school year.
The general guidelines of the Parent Representative Committee are as follows:
- Agendas will be sent out the week prior to the meetings.
- Topics of discussion will be pre-determined and centered on the most pressing district-wide challenges. Every effort will be made to stick to the given agenda topic with meetings lasting approximately 60 minutes.
- All PRC members are provided a survey at the conclusion of each meeting for members to list what they consider the most pressing district-wide challenges and/or other topics.
Parents/Guardians can view the elected representative for each school below and how to contact them with comments, suggestions, and or questions to be addressed during these meetings.

The meetings will begin at 5:30 p.m. in the Central Office Board Room.
You will receive a mailed invitation prior to the meeting.
