PRC Committee

The role as a PRC member is to serve in an advisory capacity to the Superintendent regarding the most pressing district-wide challenges.  This committee will meet up to four (4) times a school year.

The general guidelines of the Parent Representative Committee are as follows:

  • Agendas will be sent out the week prior to the meetings.
  • Topics of discussion will be pre-determined and centered on the most pressing district-wide challenges.  Every effort will be made to stick to the given agenda topic with meetings lasting approximately 60 minutes.
  • All PRC members are provided a survey at the conclusion of each meeting for members to list what they consider the most pressing district-wide challenges and/or other topics.
