Schriever Childcare Interest Form 2024-2025

Several elementary schools in the Terrebonne Parish School District offer childcare opportunities for families who need extended care.   Please complete this questionnaire to indicate if this service is something that would benefit you and your child/children.  The childcare program could be initiated at Schriever Elementary for the 2024-25 school year if the requirement for the minimum number of children is indicated from this survey. Please complete by May 6, 2024
