| Philosophy: I believe that in order for children to experience success in the classroom, they need an opportunity to explore, take risks, use creativity, discover, and invent. The teacher needs to promote the success of children by talking with them, asking questions, listening, encouraging, praising, and probing for creative thinking. The classroom needs to be set in a way that will allow students to feel secure with learning. I feel that school should be a happy place for children to learn. | ||
