Philosophy: It is my philosophy as a teacher that learning should be based on students' abilities and build on students' strengths.  I feel that students should be actively involved in the learning process. The learning environment should be built on respect for one another and should allow students many opportunities to express themselves. It should be fun, enjoyable, and promote success.
