Health Education

This course is a comprehensive study of individual health care, current health issues, and maintenance of a healthy lifestyle. Skills highlighted include Risk Management, Self-Assessment, Communications, Decision Making, Goal Setting, Health Advocacy, and Health Self-Management.

Physical Education I

The curriculum includes sports/activities: badminton, softball, football, golf, physical/motor fitness, and track and field.

Physical Education II--Boys

This activity course addresses physical fitness, team and individual sports, testing, and educational activities. The curriculum includes sports/activities: tennis, archery, volleyball, basketball, bowling and physical/motor fitness.
