
This is an advanced level course designed to allow students to explore the elements art and the principles of design through digital photography, sound recording, 2 dimensional page layout and video. Students will learn how to produce and manipulate digital images. The course will concentrate on: digital cameras and how they work, numerous methods of taking digital photographs by manipulating the camera as well as the subject matter, digitally manipulating images using various software, creating digital images using scanners, and ways to output finished digital images. This course is designed for students who have good self-discipline. Many projects in this class are derived from the needs of the faculty and the public. This class is geared towards juniors and seniors. Fee of $30
