GUIDANCE SERVICES

The function of the guidance office is to assist students, the faculty, the school and the community in making appropriate educational and vocational choices affecting the development of the student.

In order for the guidance office to serve the students most effectively, the following should be adhered to by the students:

• The guidance office will be open during the regular school day with one of the counselors in the office during the entire lunch period.

• Students may use class time to come to the guidance office with the consent of the teacher.  If a counselor is not available, the student should leave his/her name with the guidance secretary for follow-up.
