The Just say NO Club promotes making SMART choices in life.

YOU can learn to make SMART choices in your life by following these 10 easy steps:

1.  Identify the problem.

2.  Consider all the options.

3.  Gather information

4.  Keep your head clear... free from all harmful drugs and alcohol.

5.  Think about the consequences of each option.

6.  Remember your VALUES.

7.  Don't give in to peer pressure.

8.  Get help if you need it from people you trust and respect.

9.  Make a choice you can feel good about.

10.  TAKE ACTION in the most positive way.
